Publication number: 20240136291Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a workpiece having a redistribution layer disposed over and electrically coupled to an interconnect structure. In some embodiments, the method further includes patterning the redistribution layer to form a recess between and separating a first conductive feature and a second conductive feature of the redistribution layer, where corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature are defined adjacent to and on either side of the recess. The method further includes depositing a first dielectric layer over the first conductive feature, the second conductive feature, and within the recess. The method further includes depositing a nitride layer over the first dielectric layer. In some examples, the method further includes removing portions of the nitride layer disposed over the corners of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 12, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Hsiang-Ku SHEN, Chen-Chiu HUANG, Chia-Nan LIN, Man-Yun WU, Wen-Tzu CHEN, Sean YANG, Dian-Hao CHEN, Chi-Hao CHANG, Ching-Wei LIN, Wen-Ling CHANG

Patent number: 11310664Abstract: In one illustrative example, a mobile network extender has a network interface configured to connect with a host router and a cellular modem configured to provide a wireless link for communications via a cellular mobile network. In a pairing process, the extender may establish a secure encrypted channel with the router via the network interface. In a locking process, the extender may receive information from the router and verify the information. Upon verification, the extender may be set in a locked state in which the extender is logically locked to the router. The extender may also receive and store a secret session key from the router, and permit the router to acquire the extender for communications. In the locked state, the extender may permit or deny subsequent router acquisition upon router reconnection based on verifying, using the secret session key, authentication data received via the network interface.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 2020Date of Patent: April 19, 2022Assignee: CISCO TECHNOLOGY, INC.Inventors: Shivaji Pundlik Diwane, Hungjen Sean Yang, Sundara Paal Rani Thirumalaiappan, Keith Neil Mark Dsouza, Sendilvadivu Ganesan

Patent number: 11035685Abstract: A system and method for identifying a route to a location for a vehicle including generating a topological map of a parking area having a plurality of parking spaces and a plurality of roads. A plurality of nodes are established on the topological map, wherein each of the nodes has latitude and longitudinal coordinates. A plurality of links are established on the topological map. The links each extend between two of the nodes. One of the nodes is established as a starting node at which the vehicle starts and one of the nodes is established as a target node. A route is established to the target node that follows a series of the links to the target node using Dijkstra's algorithm. The route is determined based on a cost associated with each link for purposes of establishing the route with Dijkstra's algorithm.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 2018Date of Patent: June 15, 2021Assignee: ZENUITY ABInventors: Jon Dee Demerly, Madhura Gandhi, Sean Yang

Patent number: 10606466Abstract: An online system presents a feed of content including content items and one or more scrollable content units to a user of the online system. A scrollable content unit includes an ordered set of content items sharing a common attribute, such as advertisement requests associated with the same advertising campaign or images associated with a common subject. The scrollable content unit is scrollable in a direction that is orthogonal to an orientation of the feed of content, allowing presentation of additional content items from the ordered set when a user navigates through the ordered set. When all content items in the ordered set have been displayed by the scrollable content unit, an interaction with the scrollable content unit by the user presents additional content associated with the ordered set of content items, such as a page associated with the common attribute of content items in the ordered set.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2015Date of Patent: March 31, 2020Assignee: Facebook, Inc.Inventors: Jeffrey Andrew Kanter, Sanchan Sahai Saxena, Mohit Rajani, Andrew Sean Yang

Patent number: 9684449Abstract: Methods and system for generating a first set of selection options for presentation on a display screen of a television. Each first set selection option identifies a sub-set of symbols. The presentation provides a visual representation of spatial relationship between the first set of selection options and a first group of input options available on a physical remote control. A first user selection is received for the first group of input options. In response to receiving the first user selection, a second set of selection options corresponding to the first user selection, is generated for presentation as a visual representation of spatial relationship between the second set of selection options and a second group of input options available on the physical remote control. A second user selection is received for the input options from the second group and is interpreted to identify selection of one of the sub-set of symbols.Type: GrantFiled: October 10, 2014Date of Patent: June 20, 2017Assignee: Yahoo!
