Abstract: A windshield wiper arm mount has a cross bar. An arm mount lock locks the cross bar to a wiper arm. A mount block is provided. A pair of similarly configured backing strips are coupled to a strengthening rib, a coupling component, a first wiper component, and a second wiper component. The first wiper component is a rubber strip to wipe the windshield and the second wiper component has an abrasive quality to help clean debris from the windshield. A pair of end caps hold the components together.
