Abstract: A computer implemented method includes maintaining at a first network connected server a record of a group of stakeholders with an interest in the performance attributes of a digital asset. Maintaining includes collecting stakeholder digital consideration from the group of stakeholders. A second network connected server stores a list of experts on the performance attributes of digital assets. A first endorsement of the performance attributes of a digital asset and expert digital consideration are received at the first network connected server from a network connected expert client machine. A second endorsement of the performance attributes of the digital asset and non-expert digital consideration are received at the first network connected server from a network connected non-expert client machine.
