  • Patent number: 12166394
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an interconnection assembly for a stator of an electrical machine. The interconnection assembly comprises a shaped bus bar, which has a first region, which comprises a connection point of the interconnection assembly for an external connection, a second region, in which a connecting point for forming a connection of the bus bar to a stator winding is formed, and a central region, which connects the first region and the second region. The first region and the second region are arranged in parallel planes. The central region is oriented in such a way that an angle of a transition between the first region and the central region and an angle of a transition between the second region and the central region deviate from a right angle. The disclosure also relates to a stator having an interconnection assembly.

  • Patent number: 11476738
Abstract: A stator of an electric machine includes a stator winding having a plurality of coils, the coils are connected to one another by connection conductors. A temperature sensor is arranged at a connection conductor and is in thermal contact with the connection conductor for detecting a temperature. Two parallel current paths are formed at the connection conductor and the temperature sensor is arranged at one of the current paths.

  • Publication number: 20220311305
Abstract: An electrical machine having a housing with a central receiving space in which a stator winding and an interconnection arrangement with a plurality of internal conductors is arranged. A high-voltage connection arrangement with a plurality of connecting points at which the internal conductors are connected in pairs to external conductors of a high-voltage source are provided. The high-voltage connection arrangement has a removable cover which closes an access region, and an electrical safety locking device (interlock) with a low-voltage circuit that detects an opening state of the access region of the high-voltage connection arrangement and the high-voltage connection arrangement is switched to zero potential when an open state of the access region is detected. The external conductors are inserted into the receiving space through the machine housing from the outside forming the high-voltage connection arrangement and arranging the electrical component within the receiving space.

  • Publication number: 20210211022
Abstract: A stator of an electric machine includes a stator winding having a plurality of coils connected to one another by connection conductors, and a temperature sensor arranged at a connection conductor in thermal contact with the connection conductor for sensing a temperature. A fastening element is likewise supported at the connection conductor and is provided for fastening the temperature sensor to the connection conductor. The fastening element is formed for mounting at the connection conductor without the use of tools.
