Abstract: Skipping rope with two handles connected by a rope. A handle is provided with winding devices for winding and unwinding the rope. The rope is movable in the handle between a position for adjusting the length of the skipping rope and a position for using the skipping rope. The handle is equipped with blocking devices for blocking and unblocking the rope.
