  • Patent number: 11338693
Abstract: A method is provided for charging a battery-operated vehicle having a chargeable traction energy store and a system for autonomously guiding the vehicle with a charging vehicle having an energy generator and/or an energy store. The method forms at least one electrical coupling between the battery-operated vehicle and the charging vehicle via an autonomous driving manoeuver of the battery-operated vehicle and/or the charging vehicle. A charging of the traction energy store of the battery-operated vehicle occurs via the energy generator and/or the energy store of the charging vehicle during the driving of the paired battery-operated vehicle and charging vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10434825
Abstract: An assembly supplies compressed air to a wheel of a vehicle. The assembly includes a wheel with a tire, a drive shaft for transmitting torque to the wheel, a wheel bearing on which the wheel in mounted in a rotationally fixed manner, and a toothing between the drive shaft and the wheel bearing. The wheel bearing is tensioned with the drive shaft by a bolt, wherein the bolt is arranged coaxially in relation to the drive shaft. An annular chamber of the wheel bearing is defined inside the wheel bearing and radially outside of the bolt. A compressed air through-opening is provided from the annular chamber of the wheel bearing in the direction of the wheel. A compressed air guide, leads from a compressed air source on the vehicle side into the annular chamber of the wheel bearing, from the annular chamber of the wheel bearing via the at least one compressed air through-opening to the wheel, and from the wheel into the tire.

  • Patent number: 10336132
Abstract: A wheel of a motor vehicle includes a hub portion, spokes extending radially outwards from the hub portion, a rim which is supported on the spokes, and a spoke area cover which is delimited by the rim. A respective cover is provided on both sides of the spokes, i.e. facing the interior side of the spokes and facing the exterior side of the spokes. The interior-side cover, which is annular when seen in a projection in the direction of the wheel rotational axis, is adhered to the edge of the hub portion and to an annular region of the rim and/or the interior side of the spokes. The exterior-side cover is designed in an annular manner either over its entire surface or when seen in a projection in the direction of the wheel rotational axis and can be interchangeably inserted into a groove in an annular rim region and/or in an annular region of the rim and the hub portion with an intermediately positioned seal element.

  • Patent number: 10173462
Abstract: The invention relates to a rim assembly for a vehicle having a rim having an axial inside facing the vehicle and an axial outside facing away from the vehicle, a rim flange designed on the axial outside of the rim, and a first groove designed in the rim. The first groove is arranged in the rim flange or axially outside of the rim flange, and a disc-shaped cover, which covers the axial outside of the rim. The radially outer edge of the cover inserts in the first groove and a first elastic element in the first groove clamps the radial outside edge.

  • Patent number: 9409457
Abstract: An independent suspension of a wheel of a two-track vehicle includes a trailing arm, one of the end portions of which is hinged to a vehicle body of the vehicle and the other end portion of which supports a wheel carrier. A scissor-type arm is hinged to the trailing arm and guides the trailing arm relative to the vehicle body. A spring element supports the trailing arm relative to the vehicle body. The spring element is arranged on the trailing arm in the region of the hinge point of the scissor-type arm to the trailing arm when seen in the direction of the vehicle longitudinal axis.
