  • Publication number: 20130256101
Abstract: A belt as traction mechanism for conveyor bands of agricultural machines. A belt member of polymer reinforced with fabric plies has an upper step and a lower step that are interconnected in a region of overlap via connection locations that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the belt. An inwardly disposed polymer layer is entirely absent in the region of overlap. The inner fabric plies of lower step and/or upper step extend into the region of overlap in a partial region that includes at least one connection location. The remaining fabric plies of upper step and lower step extend over the entire region of overlap, so that in the partial region the lower step and/or the upper step is provided with all of the fabric plies. Complementary tooth elements are provided on fabric plies that are disposed directly opposite one another in the region of overlap, and mesh with one another to effect interconnection of upper step and lower step.

  • Patent number: 7354258
Abstract: Stator for an eccentric single-rotor screw pump has a casing made of steel or the like and a helical elastomer lining. Stator and a method for its production are described which can also be made with larger lengths at low production costs. Stator is composed of at least two stator segments that are axially arranged in a line, whereby the stator segments are connected to one another at their abutment so as to be pressure-tight by a tube of a polymer material that is pulled onto the casing and overlaps the abutments and by a metal ring radially pressed onto it.

  • Patent number: 7329106
Abstract: The invention relates to a stator for an eccentric screw pump or an eccentric worm motor, including an outer tube that is provided with a lining of rubber or a rubber-like material and has a hollow space or cavity, in the shape of a double or multiple spiral, for accommodating a rigid rotor that is also in the form of a spiral, whereby the stator has one spiral more than does the motor. So that the stator also remains functional under conditions where the fixed connection between the lining and the outer tube could be destroyed, e.g. due to chemical influences or high temperatures, the invention proposes disposing two inner tubes that have apertures in the lining.

  • Patent number: 7316548

To provide a stator that also remains functional under conditions where the fixed connection between the lining and the outer tube would be destroyed, e.g. due to chemical influences or high temperatures, the invention proposes that an inner tube provided with apertures is disposed in the lining, and that spacing strips are disposed between outer tube and inner tube.

  • Patent number: 6427787
Abstract: The drilling motor is provided that operates pursuant to the Moineau principle for drilling deep holes or wells in the ground. A helically extending rotor is disposed in a stator having a rigid shell that is provided on the inside with an inwardly helically extending lining of elastomeric material for receiving the rotor. The shell has essentially cylindrical end sections having an inner thread for securement of connection elements of the drilling motor. The portion of the shell disposed between the end sections extends helically in conformity with the lining such that at least the lining has an essentially uniform thickness over the length of this portion, which has an outer diameter that is less than that of the end sections. Between the end sections, the shell has a thickness that is less than that of the end sections.

  • Patent number: 6345812
Abstract: A plate-like water aerator is provided. A plate, made of elastomeric material, is disposed on a rigid, essentially planar mounting support and covers the one or more air supply connections thereof. The plate is provided with fine slits for the discharge of air. The mounting support has a circumferential rim that is angled-off at substantially right angles. The mounting support also has a circumferential rib that extends parallel to the rim in such a way as to form a circumferential groove between the rib and the rim. The plate has an essentially u-shaped rim portion, a radially inwardly disposed leg of which surrounds the rim of the mounting support and engages in the circumferential groove in a manner free of play.
