  • Patent number: 9896274
Abstract: A support roller or drive roller for a drive belt of a conveyor, having a hub which is supported by use of ball bearings and which is provided with an elastic polymer layer on its outer periphery as a running surface for the drive belt. The roller is easily manufactured as the hub is made up of a hollow cylindrical outer hub which bears the polymer layer, and a hollow cylindrical inner hub which accommodates the ball bearings. Further, the inner hub is pushed into the outer hub and joined to the outer hub in a rotationally fixed manner.

  • Patent number: 9814182
Abstract: An inclined conveyor for a combine harvester has two drive elements which define a conveying direction and revolve in a conveying duct. Conveying duct is divided into an overshot return duct and an undershot conveying duct by a separating element situated between the upper run and the lower run of the drive element. Drive element is interconnected by carriers situated transversely with respect to conveying direction that convey harvested crop in undershot conveying duct. The difference in speed between the carrier bars and harvested crop stream is eliminated, and at least reduced, by additional acceleration of harvested crop stream. Carrier bars serve as carriers, and as acceleration elements for the harvested crop. That is because the cross section of each of the carrier bars viewed in conveying direction, occupies at least 30% of the smallest internal cross section of undershot conveying duct.

  • Patent number: 9788489
Abstract: Sugarcane harvesting machine has an inclined conveyor which conveys sugarcane sections from the harvesting machine into a collection car and has at least two traction mechanisms which extend parallel to one another and have continuous carriers, and which circulate over upper drive wheels, and lower deflection wheels carried along and situated in the feed area of the sugarcane sections. Thus, inclined conveyor has a long, low maintenance service life and sugarcane harvesting machine operates quietly and energy-efficiently with a high cleaning effect. The continuous traction mechanisms are belts of fabric layer-reinforced crosslinked polymer, and cams situated at a distance from one another are situated on bottom side of the belts for forcible drive by the drive wheels. Belts are connected by transverse rods which as a whole form a screening floor and support floor, and deflection wheels which are carried along are configured as single wheels.

  • Publication number: 20170113876
Abstract: Cam belt, particularly for agricultural machinery, produced from a polymer provided with reinforcement inserts, has cams on the inner side of the cam belt that are used to drive cam belt. A first flank faces in the running direction of cam belt and a second flank faces in opposite direction. Cams are spaced apart from one another by gaps in a predefined division, and gaps are delimited by first flank and second flank of two adjoining cams and a base which connects two flanks. During operation of cam belt carrier of a cam wheel resting against second flank of one of adjoining cams and against the base of a gap engage with the gaps. On outer side of belt, functional elements are fixed by a fastener which from inner side of the belt passes through the cam belt and the functional elements via at least one through hole.

  • Publication number: 20170023101
Abstract: A belt as an endless traction device for conveyor belts of agricultural machines, the belt being made of a polymer that is reinforced by fabric plies. Endless belt provides a conveyor belt of this type which has high static and dynamic strength at the connecting point, combined with great bending flexibility. This is achieved in that at least one fabric ply of each belt end, folded back on itself, wraps around a thickened area and extends between the thickened area and a stop, which forms an abutment with respect to the thickened area, in such a way that the fabric ply is jammed between the thickened area and the stop when tension acts on the belt in the reverse direction.

  • Publication number: 20150141098
Abstract: An inclined conveyor for a combine harvester has at least two endless traction elements (drive elements) which extend in parallel to one another and which are interconnected by carrier bars. The carrier bars are situated transversely with respect to the conveying direction. The inclined conveyor is configured so that the load on the drive element is reduced due to the low weight of the carrier bars and a lower conveying speed. The carrier bars on the conveyor have at least two rods situated one on top of the other, have a circular cross section, and are fastened to the drive element as individual rods.

  • Patent number: 8720675
Abstract: A belt as traction mechanism for conveyor bands of agricultural machines. A belt member of polymer reinforced with fabric plies has an upper step and a lower step that are interconnected in a region of overlap via connection locations that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the belt. An inwardly disposed polymer layer is entirely absent in the region of overlap. The inner fabric plies of lower step and/or upper step extend into the region of overlap in a partial region that includes at least one connection location. The remaining fabric plies of upper step and lower step extend over the entire region of overlap, so that in the partial region the lower step and/or the upper step is provided with all of the fabric plies. Complementary tooth elements are provided on fabric plies that are disposed directly opposite one another in the region of overlap, and mesh with one another to effect interconnection of upper step and lower step.

  • Publication number: 20100284843
Abstract: A stator and method of producing a stator for an eccentric screw pump or an eccentric screw motor, including an outer stator tube, at least one stator segment disposed within the outer stator tube, and at least one tube end portion that completes one end of the outer stator tube. A region of the tube end portion that in an axial direction follows the outer stator tube has a thickness that is greater than the thickness of the outer stator tube. • Patent number: 7354258
Abstract: Stator for an eccentric single-rotor screw pump has a casing made of steel or the like and a helical elastomer lining. Stator and a method for its production are described which can also be made with larger lengths at low production costs. Stator is composed of at least two stator segments that are axially arranged in a line, whereby the stator segments are connected to one another at their abutment so as to be pressure-tight by a tube of a polymer material that is pulled onto the casing and overlaps the abutments and by a metal ring radially pressed onto it.

  • Patent number: 7329106
Abstract: The invention relates to a stator for an eccentric screw pump or an eccentric worm motor, including an outer tube that is provided with a lining of rubber or a rubber-like material and has a hollow space or cavity, in the shape of a double or multiple spiral, for accommodating a rigid rotor that is also in the form of a spiral, whereby the stator has one spiral more than does the motor. So that the stator also remains functional under conditions where the fixed connection between the lining and the outer tube could be destroyed, e.g. due to chemical influences or high temperatures, the invention proposes disposing two inner tubes that have apertures in the lining.
