  • Patent number: 10655650
Abstract: A valve block arrangement configured as a closed center system includes at least one main spool for controlling a hydraulic consumer. The main spool is configured to open and close at least one pressure medium connection between a hydraulic pump and the consumer in controlled, continuous fashion and, in at least one embodiment, is electrically activated. A bypass flow path with a cut valve branches off between the adjustable, hydraulic pump and the main spool. The cut valve is configured to open and close a pressure medium connection between the hydraulic pump and a tank in controlled, continuous fashion. The cut valve is electrically activatable.

  • Patent number: 8911317
Abstract: A power split transmission, in particular an input-coupled power split transmission, includes a mechanical branch and a hydrostatic branch connected in parallel therewith. The hydrostatic branch has a closed hydraulic circuit with a first working line and a second working line with one of the working lines carrying high pressure and the other carrying low pressure. The circuit has a pressure accumulator for pressure regulation connected to the respective working line carrying high pressure. This configuration provides a power split transmission that has a hydraulic circuit in which the respective working line carrying high pressure is hydraulically smoother or more flexible by virtue of the preferably continuous connection of the pressure accumulator.

  • Publication number: 20100043417
Abstract: A method and a system for determining a setting parameter of a hydrostatic displacement unit is provided. In the method, a pressure value, a rotational speed value, and a torque value are determined. The setting parameter can be determined with use of the pressure value, rotational speed value, torque value of the setting parameter characteristic diagram, and a setting parameter characteristic diagram, which is an inverted efficiency characteristic diagram, which has at least pressure, rotational speed, and torque as input parameters.

  • Publication number: 20090241534
Abstract: The invention relates to an energy storage unit for a hydrostatic-mechanical drive system (1). The energy storage unit (31) comprises at least one hydrostatic machine (33) which can be connected to the drive system (1) via a mechanical interface (35). Furthermore, the energy storage unit (31) comprises a storage element (32) which is connected to a hydrostatic machine (33) via a storage line (36). The storage line (36) can be connected to a hydraulic interface (38), and the hydraulic interface (38) is provided for the purpose of connecting the energy storage unit (1) to the drive system (1).
