Abstract: A multilayer cookware article has an inner metal sheet and an outer metal sheet defining a flat bottom and a side wall connected to the bottom by a rounding. The flat bottom has at least one intermediate layer positioned between the inner sheet and the outer sheet. The intermediate layer has a diameter limited to a diameter of the flat bottom including the rounding. The side wall has an intermediate layer located between the inner sheet and the outer sheet. The intermediate layer of the side wall is mechanically separated from the intermediate layer of the bottom.

Abstract: A cooking utensil having a deformation-free base and a method for producing said cooking utensil are disclosed. The cooking utensil enables temperature regulation of the entire cooking system enabling cooking/roasting in a very energy-efficient manner and additionally with a large number of advantageous properties, some of which are safer handling, no flames or fires in the kitchen, no akrylamide, no more carcinogenic substances, no oil deterioration and many others. The method for producing a cooking utensil with a deformation-free base allows for production of an inexpensive cooking utensil using industry-standard technology and production steps without having to resort to external technologies.
