Abstract: The invention relates to a method for establishing a communication link between a communication system and a remote station by means of a communication network, whereby, in the context of the communication link, a parameterized selection of a remote station is made from several available remote stations by utilizing the name resolution mechanism. The communication forms a logical name with the help of parameters used for selecting a remote station or embeds the parameters in a logical name and transmits the formed logical name to a name resolution mechanism located in the communication network. The name resolution mechanism selects a remote station on the basis of the afore-mentioned logical name and a selection function and feeds back the communication address thereof.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for establishing a radio link between a non-authorised mobile radio terminal (B) and a base station (C) of a mobile radio network (D). According to the invention, an authorisation is given to the mobile radio terminal (B) in order to use the base station (C) as access to the mobile radio network (D), said mobile radio terminal (B) can be authorised at least temporarily, in particular manually, and the base station (C) transmits a corresponding release notice to the mobile radio terminal (B), and a radio link between the mobile radio terminal (B) and the base station (C) of the mobile radio network (D) is established.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for performing a paging call in a cellular mobile communications system, wherein a terminal device is operated in a first radio cell of the mobile communications system provided with radio signals from a radio transmission device, said terminal device being in an idle state, and data to be transmitted to the terminal device are present in a data transmission device of the mobile communications system. The invention is characterized in that upon detection of a loss of service or fault in the radio transmission device, measures for handling the loss of service/fault in said radio transmission device are taken, with the goal of restoring the accessibility of the mobile radio device for which said radio transmission device is the last known radio transmission device.
