  • Patent number: 11737815
Abstract: The ablation and mapping catheter dedicated to treatments in electrocardiology and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias with the possibility of visualisation includes a distal tip, diagnostic rings, a main tube, a guiding handgrip, and an electrical connector for a generator through which the diagnostic rings and a distal ring are connected to a system for three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping. The catheter includes at least 8 (up to 14) diagnostic rings, wherein 4 diagnostic distal rings are connected to one generator and through it to the system for three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping and to an electrophysiological system, and subsequent 4 (up to 10) diagnostic proximal rings are connected to a second generator and/or to the system for three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping and to the electrophysiological system.

  • Publication number: 20220031494
Abstract: A method of pressure control in the pneumatic compression bandage and a pneumatic compression bandage includes a cuff with a chamber to be filled with a pressurized fluid. The device has a harness to fasten the cuff in the wound area and a control and pumping unit (6) connected pneumatically to the chamber in the cuff via a hose. The unit includes an electrical pump, an electromechanical valve connected electrically with the unit, a pressure sensor connected electrically with the unit (6). The controller of the pressure in the cuff chamber is of the PID type, including a proportional, integral and derivative modules, to control the electric pump to increase pressure in the cuff chamber and to control the valve to reduce pressure in the cuff chamber.

  • Patent number: 10893898
Abstract: The cryoapplicator for minimally invasive surgical cardiac ablation includes a fastening part, an insulation part and an effector tip. A pin is connected with the fastening part on one end, and with the effector tip on the second end. The effector tip is bent by 60° to 90° angle in the side view in relation to pin longitudinal axis, and by 5° to 60° angle in the top view. A thermal insulation cover is located on the pin with the possibility to slide along the longitudinal axis.

  • Patent number: 10285648
Abstract: The multifunctional, electrophysiological diagnostic catheter for electrocardiologic treatments includes a distal end, diagnostic rings, a balloon, a main channel, a manipulation handgrip, functional connection and internal channels. There is an internally-located open central channel, wherein inlet/outlet of an internal channel is located in the distal ring. There is a pumping channel for pumping up and pumping out of the occlusion-stabilizing balloon located after the diagnostic rings. There is a division of a central channel into two branches in the region of the catheter proximal end.
