  • Publication number: 20250033717
Abstract: A crawler drive for an agricultural work machine, comprising front and rear main wheels, front and rear main frames associated with each respective main wheel, two support wheels, a running belt surrounding the two main wheels, and an articulation point through which the crawler drive is pivotably connected to a body of the agricultural work machine. The two main frames are coupled to one another to pivot about a common pivot axle, the support wheels are arranged on a common support frame, and the support frame is pivotably connected to the front main frame via a support wheel swing arm. The crawler drive further comprises a damping device with at least one piston-cylinder unit and hydraulically acting pressure device. • Publication number: 20240359755
Abstract: A crawler drive for an agricultural work machine is disclosed. The crawler device includes front and rear main wheels, front and rear main frames associated with the front and rear main wheels respectively, two support wheels, a running belt surrounding the main wheels and an articulation point to pivotably connect to a body of the agricultural work machine while forming a machine axis. The two main frames, coupled to one another, pivot about a common pivot axis. The support wheels are positioned on a common support frame, which is pivotably connected to the front main frame. A coupling member is coupled at a swing arm end of the coupling member to the support wheel swing arm and at a frame end of the coupling member to the rear main frame and thereby couples the support wheel swing arm and the rear main frame to one another.

  • Patent number: 12017710
Abstract: A track drive of an agricultural production machine is disclosed. The track drive includes a driving wheel, a front deflection roller, a rear deflection roller, a continuous caterpillar track around the driving wheel and the deflection rollers, and middle rollers between the front and rear deflection roller. The track drive further includes a track frame and a swing frame. Using the swing frame, the track drive pivots about a first axis of the agricultural production machine, and the track frame pivots about a second axis of the swing frame. The second axis is at a distance from the first axis, and a spring system or damper system is positioned between the track frame and the pivot frame. The deflection rollers are positioned on the track frame with the middle rollers positioned on a common support element, which is positioned pivotably about a third axis on the track frame.

  • Patent number: 9649893
Abstract: A rotary feedthrough for a compressed air supply system is provided between a stator and a rotor rotating relative to this stator. A compressed air channel disposed in the stator is connected to a compressed air line and leads into an annular chamber formed in the rotor, from which at least one working channel leading to a consumer proceeds. The stator is connected in the region of the rotary feedthrough to a control line. A moment of friction occurring in the region of the rotary feedthrough resulting in premature wear is reduced by providing a switchable non-return valve in the annular chamber. Blocking elements which extend within the annular chamber concentrically to the rotational axis of the rotor are moveable into an open position by an actuating element, which is displaced from the stator in the direction of the blocking elements.

  • Patent number: 8781678
Abstract: A method for adjusting the pressure in at least one first and one second tire of a vehicle from a starting value to a target value, includes that the target value is located between the starting value and a pressure of a pressure reservoir. The method includes allowing air to flow through a first line between the first tire and the reservoir and through a second line between the second tire and the reservoir, determining which tire is likely to reach the target value sooner and throttling the air flow through the line of the tire identified in the determining increasing the air flow through the line of the tire that was not identified in the step of determining.
