A cap is movably attached to the base. The cap is movable between a first position in which at least a portion of the cap blocks at least a portion of the passageway and a second position in which the cap is spaced-apart from at least a portion of the passageway to allow contents from within the container to pass therethrough. A seal is positioned on one of the cap and the base.

Abstract: A combination includes a child-resistant package and a collapsible tube removably positionable therein. A sidewall of a body of the package has an interior surface and an opposing exterior surface. A cavity is defined by the body. An opening is positioned proximate an open first end of the body. A bottom wall is positioned proximate an open second end of the body. A cap is removably mounted onto at least a portion of the first end of the body. The collapsible tube is surrounded by the body, the bottom wall and the cap when the cap is mounted onto at least a portion of the first end of the body. The collapsible tube includes a generally flexible housing defining a cavity for holding a substance to be dispensed from the housing. A closure is removably mounted onto the housing.

Abstract: A multi-compartment packaging device for a single product includes a flexible pouch defining an interior cavity, having at least two sidewalls, a closed end along one end of the pouch, and an open but closeable end for receiving a product therethrough along an opposing end of the pouch. The length of the pouch extends from the open end to the closed end. At least one permanent partition strip is located within the interior cavity of the flexible pouch, extending from one of the open and closed ends toward the other of the open and closed ends. The length of the partition strip is shorter than the pouch length, to form at least two separate but fluidly communicating compartments within the interior cavity.

Abstract: A packaging device includes an expandable and collapsible tube, for receiving a product therein. The tube has a sidewall, a closed end and an open end. A closed-cell foam plug is compressible and insertable in the compressed state at least partially into the open end of the tube. Upon expanding, the foam plug closes and seals the open end of the tube.
