Publication number: 20230409279Abstract: In some embodiments, an electronic device receives, via one or more input devices, an input corresponding to a request to display a user interface associated with a first respective content mix, wherein the first respective content mix is associated with a first respective time period. In some embodiments in response to receiving the input corresponding to the request to display the user interface associated with the first respective content mix, the electronic device displays, via a display, the user interface. In some embodiments, the user interface includes a plurality of representations of content items including visual indications of amounts of consumption, of a first consumption metric type, by a user during the first respective time period, and a plurality of representations of content creators including visual indications of consumption, of a second consumption metric type, by the user during the first respective time period.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 19, 2023Publication date: December 21, 2023Inventors: Tiffany S. Publication number: 20220198050Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are described herein to query data in an entity data database. A query for information about a set of entities is received from a requesting system. The query is in a predefined format and includes search conditions. A querying strategy is determined based on the received query. The entity data database is queried by identifying a set of user records that fulfill a first search condition. A numerical value of the set of user records is next compared to a threshold. Depending on the numerical value, the set of user records is assigned to a first numerical bucket. Depending on the bucket, the numerical value is changed to a second numerical value, which is used to generate an aggregated count value. The aggregated count value is shared with the requesting system.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2021Publication date: June 23, 2022Applicant: Apple Inc.Inventors: Deima Elnatour, Elli Shapiro, Muhammad Mohsin K. Patent number: 10459945Abstract: Methods and systems for managing for migrating feedback data from one digital asset to another digital asset are disclosed. Typically, the one digital asset is available for distribution from a network-based media distribution system, but then subsequently is removed from distribution for any of a number of reasons. However, since the one digital asset has been in use at the network-based media distribution system, it has accumulated feedback data. Hence, if the another digital asset serves (e.g., due to equivalency) to replace the one digital asset, then the accumulated feedback data from the one digital asset can be transferred to the another digital asset. As a result, the another digital asset can benefit from the feedback data that was previously associated with the one digital assert.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2018Date of Patent: October 29, 2019Assignee: Apple Inc.Inventors: Andrew M. Wadycki, Ashish Sharma, Michael H. Walker, Ricardo D. Cortes, Sebastien P. Sahuc, Tracy L. Pirnack
