    Abstract: A heat exchanger for an automotive vehicle comprises a tank and a beam of tubes, received at their extremities in openings of the tank where the tubes are linked to the tank through tube to tank junctions. Some of the tube to tank junctions suffer thermal stress. At least some of the tubes involved in the tube to tank junctions suffering thermal stress have a higher mechanical resistance than the other tubes.
