  • Patent number: 10751193
Abstract: A device for percutaneous transpedicular fusion includes at least two straight pedicular cannulas arranged respectively on the upper or lower vertebra, or on the two vertebrae of the spinal segment, at least one guide pin with a curved profile, which is implanted in the endplate of the corresponding vertebra through the corresponding pedicular cannula, of a flexible cannulated drill bit guided around the corresponding guide pin and driven in back and forth movements by a cannulated drive system to nibble out gradually slots in the lower and upper endplate of each vertebra and reduce to flaps the nucleic tissues of an intervertebral disk for the production of the intersomatic space, of an injection device connected to one of the straight pedicular cannulas for the injection of the graft into the intersomatic space, and closing devices that are screwed into the holes left free after retraction of the straight pedicular cannulas.

  • Patent number: 10383641
Abstract: The flexible and fluted cutting device for drilling and/or milling a space in bone tissue or connective tissue includes, on the one hand, a cutting element (2) made up of a rigid tube (20) secured at one of its ends to a supple and flexible connection (21) extended by a fluted cutter (22) and at the opposite end to drive element provided with a safety connector (23) for uncoupling the cutting device and, on the other hand, a guide element (3) providing the positioning and angular deformation of the cutting element (2) within the bone tissue or connective tissue.

  • Patent number: 9743962
Abstract: The gripping device (1) enables the introduction and attachment of a set screw (101) within a U-shaped link connector (102) of a polyaxial or monoaxial pedicle screw (103) to immobilize a connecting rod (104) of a osteosynthesis device (100), and includes a locking element (2) which is supported against the link connector (102) making it possible to ensure concentricity between the principal axes of the gripping device (1) and those of the link connector (102) and to ensure that the connecting rod (104) is kept on the inside of the link connector (102); and an element for releasing (3) the gripping device (1) after establishing and screwing the set screws (101) inside the link connector (102).
