    Abstract: An electric snowmobile has a frame. The frame has a tunnel; a subframe connected to the tunnel and having first and second sides; and first and second spacers connected the first and second sides respectively. The snowmobile also has a seat; at least one ski a drive track disposed at least in part under the tunnel; an electric motor supported by the frame, the electric motor being operatively connected to the drive track; and a battery pack electrically connected to the electric motor, the battery pack being disposed at least in part in the subframe. The first spacer is disposed between the first side of the subframe and the battery pack. The second spacer is disposed between the second side of the subframe and the battery pack. The first and second spacers connect the battery pack to the first and second sides of the subframe respectively.
