    Abstract: A method of transmitting a plurality of data symbols for a transmitter in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises encoding the plurality of data symbols into a plurality of precoded symbols according to an antipodal paraunitary (APU) precoding; processing the plurality of precoded symbols by using multi-input multi-output (MIMO) and orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM), for generating a plurality of transmission symbols; and transmitting the plurality of transmission symbols via a plurality of transmit antennas according to operations of the MIMO and the OFDM.
