Publication number: 20040191353Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a contact lens mold unit that is capable of easily and consistently provides a sealing in a mold cavity as well as a mating and fixing force to maintain a male and a female mold in a mated state. A male mold and a female mold are mated to form a contact lens mold cavity 16 between abutment surfaces thereof. One mold 14 is provided with a fitting projection 42 projected out from a fitting wall 34. When mating the molds, the fitting projection 42 is caused to deform by being pressed against a fitting wall 22 of the other mold 12, whereby the peripheral portion of the mold cavity 16 is closed off, and a gap 14 between the fitting walls 22, 34 of the female and male molds 12, 14 are filled by the fitting projection, exerting a mating and fixing force.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 24, 2003Publication date: September 30, 2004Inventors: Motonobu Togo, Hiroyuki Oyama, Seiichi Ichikawa

Patent number: 6536586Abstract: A combination vessel is capable of carrying out temporary fastening while always bringing down a ring portion subsequently to breakage of a bridge part during an opening operation. A cap portion and a ring portion of a cap type sealing tool are coupled to each other through a bridge part. Through breakage of the bridge part during opening of the cap portion, the ring portion is pulled down while a sliding protrusion on an internal wall in a lower stage area of the ring portion always contacts by pressure an upward spread zone on an external wall of a neck zone of a bottle portion.Type: GrantFiled: February 1, 2001Date of Patent: March 25, 2003Assignees: Taisei Kako Co., Ltd., Menicon Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masaharu Nakao, Yukihiro Ogawa, Atsuhiro Doke, Yasuhiro Yokoyama, Seiichi Ichikawa

Publication number: 20010019022Abstract: To develop a combination vessel capable of carrying out temporary fastening while always bringing down a ring portion subsequently to breakage of a bridge part during opening. A cap portion (11) and a ring portion (12) in a cap type sealing tool (1) are coupled to each other through a bridge part (13). Through breakage of the bridge part during opening, the ring portion is pulled down while a sliding protrusion (12uc) on an internal wall in a lower stage area of the ring portion always interposes an upward spread zone (2nx) on an external wall of a neck zone of a bottle portion (2) by pressure. In addition, a vertical convex to block the opening turn (12rc) provided on an inner periphery of the ring portion and a vertical convex (2rc) to block opening turn provided on the external wall (2rz) of the neck zone of the bottle portion do not block attachment of the cap type sealing tool (1) but blocks accompanied rotation of the ring portion during the opening of the cap portion, thereby breaking the bridge part.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 1, 2001Publication date: September 6, 2001Inventors: Masaharu Nakao, Yukihiro Ogawa, Atsuhiro Doke, Yasuhiro Yokoyama, Seiichi Ichikawa

Patent number: 4022051Abstract: A crimping tool is provided for feeding and crimping wire terminals, removably secured to a storage belt. A crimping projection is provided on an upper jaw and a receiving body including a plurality of receiving cavities is rotatably mounted on a lower jaw. The projection is received by one of the cavities as the upper jaw moves toward the lower jaw. A ratchet wheel including a plurality of teeth is coaxially mounted on the receiving body and rotatable therewith. A first spring is mounted in said upper jaw so as to engage the teeth of the ratchet wheel. The movement of the upper jaw and spring away from the lower jaw rotates the receiving body in a first direction. A second spring is mounted on said lower jaw so as to engage the ratchet teeth and prevent rotation of the receiving body in a direction counter to the first direction.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 1976Date of Patent: May 10, 1977Inventor: Seiichi Ichikawa
