  • Publication number: 20060137556
Abstract: There is a process to make a combustion enhancement device for internal combustion engines. A base material is provided. A substance, emitting alpha and/or beta particles, is printed in a pattern wherein the pattern restricts disposition of the substance from designated cutting areas. The base material is cut in the designated cutting areas. Tabs, having edges cut in the designated cutting areas, are bent to approximately ninety degrees from the plane of the base material such that the substance faces inwardly.

  • Patent number: 7051719
Abstract: A combustion enhancement device for internal combustion engines using alpha and/or beta particles to add ions to air intake thereby facilitating complete combustion. There is a base material with holes. Tabs form the walls of the holes or channels. On the base material and tabs there is a substance emitting alpha and/or beta particles. The substance also includes a bonding matrix material. The holes are configured to enhance exposure to high densities of alpha and/or beta particles. Engine performance purity and power may be significantly increased despite a possible impact of the device on air flux into the air intake.
