  • Patent number: 11947347
Abstract: A maintenance management method is capable of reducing a burden on work takeover, and is a maintenance management method related to maintenance management of a production facility related to gas or oil. In the maintenance management method, a computer acquires producer information regarding a producer that owns or manages the production facility, production facility information regarding the production facility, an inspection record in a case where inspection is performed on the production facility, and maintainer candidate information regarding a maintainer candidate that performs maintenance on the production facility. Further, the computer determines whether or not maintenance for the production facility is necessary on the basis of the inspection record, and performs control to communicate information regarding maintenance for the production facility to at least one of the producer and the maintainer candidate, when determining that maintenance is necessary.

  • Patent number: 11252377
Abstract: A camera device includes a cooling unit that cools an imaging element, a first generation unit that generates stored information (the stored information includes current time and a current position acquired with use of a GPS signal during an operating term of the cooling unit, operating time of the cooling unit measured during the operating term, and identification information of the camera device), a communication unit that transmits the stored information to a server device, a second generation unit that generates image capturing information (the image capturing information includes the current time and the current position acquired with use of the GPS signal during the operating term, the operating time of the cooling unit measured during the operating term, and the identification information of the camera device), and a third generation unit that generates an image associated with the image capturing information based on an infrared image captured by the imaging element during the operating term.

  • Patent number: 10627307
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a gas monitoring program causes a computer to acquire a continuous frame of an infrared image, to calculate a concentration-thickness product of leaking gas in the infrared image, to assume a gas leakage location of the leaking gas in the infrared image, to set a gas type which circulates in a pipe proximate to the gas leakage location as a gas type of the leaking gas by referring to circulating substance information of the piping equipment and matching the gas leakage location, to set a maintenance threshold value for the concentration-thickness product of the leaking gas, to estimate a leakage volume from the gas leakage location per unit of time of the gas type, and to predictively calculate a timing when the concentration-thickness product exceeds the maintenance threshold value on a basis of a time-changing leakage volume per unit of time.
