  • Publication number: 20240103370
Abstract: The present invention provides a composition for forming an adhesive film that provides an adhesive film that yields good pattern profiles and has high adhesion to a resist upper layer film to prevent collapse of fine patterns in a fine patterning process during semiconductor apparatus manufacturing processes, as well as a patterning process using the composition and a method for forming an adhesive film using the composition. As such, provided is a composition for forming an adhesive film directly under a resist upper layer film. The composition includes: (A) a polymer containing a repeating unit shown by the following general formula (1) and a repeating unit shown by the following general formula (2); and (B) an organic solvent.

  • Publication number: 20240103365
Abstract: The present invention provides a pattern forming method using an adhesion film forming composition comprising (A) a polymer compound, (B) a thermal acid generator, and (C) an organic solvent includes steps of: (I-1) applying the adhesion film forming composition onto a substrate to be processed and thereafter performing thermal treatment to form an adhesion film; (I-2) forming a resist upper layer film on the adhesion film using a resist upper layer film forming composition; (I-3) performing pattern exposure on the resist upper layer film and thereafter developing the resist upper layer film with a developer to form a circuit pattern on the resist upper layer film; and (I-4) transferring a pattern to the adhesion film and the substrate to be processed by dry etching with the resist upper layer film on which the circuit pattern is formed as a mask.

  • Patent number: 7952535
Abstract: A digital camera has output ports that are connectable by cables to an HDTV television. The camera generates a slide show viewable on the television screen. The slide show involves a sequence of images stored on the camera and audio stored on the camera. The slide show is supplied to the television in the form of an HDTV resolution video stream and an accompanying audio stream. A user selects one of a plurality of scenarios for the slide show. The particular scenario determines how identified images will be presented. Using camera buttons, the user can stop and start the slide show and can move a pointer on the television screen. A standard EVJ file that defines the slide show in accordance with a scenario is generated by the camera. The file can be played on any rendering device that supports the EVJ functionality so as to recreate the slide show.

  • Patent number: 7792190
Abstract: A high resolution still image is inserted into a stream of lower resolution video. The lower resolution video stream is a compressed video stream having I-frames. One of the I-frames is a lower resolution version of which a higher resolution image is desired. The I-frame is decoded and decompressed and zoomed up in size to the high resolution size. The zoomed up I-frame is subtracted from the original high resolution still image to generate a difference frame called an X-frame. The X-frame is compressed and inserted into the video stream. The high resolution image can be recovered by extracting the X-frame from the hybrid video stream, and reversing the process used to generate the X-frame. The functionality for regenerating the high resolution image can be realized in software as part of a viewer program, or can be realized as part of a camera, television, or other video display device.

  • Publication number: 20060268121
Abstract: A digital camera has an EVJ rendering/authoring functionality that includes an in-camera “Cinema Director” feature. The Cinema Director provides prompts (for example, textual prompts that are viewed on the display of the camera) to a user of the camera to assist the user in preparing and collecting appropriate content to be incorporated into an EVJ slide show or video montage. Cinema Director incorporates the resulting captured content into an EVJ file so that the content will later be rendered in the proper time and way when the EVJ file is rendered. Prompts include assistance in what subjects to capture and how to compose a picture or video clip or audio snippet. Cinema Director can change camera settings and provide other assistance. To reduce camera cost, decision trees and text used by Cinema Director is not permanently stored in on-camera memory, but rather is stored on removable mass storage.

  • Publication number: 20050152604
Abstract: According to a template matching method, a matching value representing matching between a process area image and a target image is calculated by using the process area image in an arbitrary process area acquired from the edge image of an input image and template data representing the shape feature of the target image. The area of the target image in the input image is specified on the basis of the matching value. The template data is formed from positive points representing positions at which the edge of the target image exists in the process area and negative points representing positions at which no edge exists in the process area. The matching value is calculated in accordance with the positional relationship between the positive points, the negative points, and each edge present within the process area image. A target image area extraction apparatus is also disclosed.
