    Abstract: A treated water drying device 20 for vaporizing treated water by heat of a combustion gas, the device 20 including a housing 21, a combustion gas supply port 26 for supplying the combustion gas to the housing 21, a water supply portion 27 for vaporizing the treated water by bringing the treated water into contact with the combustion gas supplied to the housing 21, and an exhaust port 28 for discharging a water-containing gas including the vaporized treated water to an outside of the housing 21. The exhaust port 28 is disposed at a lowermost part of the housing 21 and opens in a direction crossing a vertical direction. The housing 21 has a bottom 22 including an inclined portion 23 formed toward the exhaust port 28.

    Abstract: A self-traveling crusher which enables a worker to easy carry out the operation for removing the reinforcing bars that are entangling, jamming and staying between a crushing device and a discharge conveyer relying on a simple structure without transferring the crushing device to an upper part of the machine body. The self-traveling crusher comprises a hopper into which a material to be crushed will be thrown, a crushing device for crushing the material to be crushed that is thrown in, and a discharge conveyer which is positioned at an end on one side thereof under the crushing device and is extending on the other end side thereof outward of the machine to deliver the crushed material to a predetermined height, wherein the discharge conveyer is mounted on the machine body so as to swing up and down with an end on the side of the crushing device as a center, and is supported at an end on the other side thereof by the machine body via lifting means.

    Abstract: This invention configures a semiconductor memory device in the following manner. The semiconductor contains a first memory part and more than one redundant circuit that is used when the first memory part is faulty, and each redundant circuit memorizes in its status memory part whether a second memory part which becomes a spare cell is in a not-in-use status, in an in-use status or in an out-of-use status, which means that a failure exists in the second memory part. If a second memory part is in the out-of-use status, its access is prohibited, and the other second memory part without a failure is accessed. With this configuration, when a spare cell is confirmed to have a failure after the spare cell is programmed, the spare cell is put in the out-of-use status, thereby preventing the spare cell from being accessed. Consequently, the yield of the semiconductor device is increased.
