  • Patent number: 8150285
Abstract: A toner supplier apparatus 1 is provided for stabilizing the concentration of toner reserved in a main tank. A concentration sensor for measuring the concentration of the toner is provided in a toner-feeding pipeway for supplying liquid toner from a main tank for adjusting the concentration to the developer apparatus. High concentration toner and diluent supplied to the main tank are controlled based on the concentration measured by the concentration sensor. Accordingly, accuracy of the toner supplier apparatus used for an electronic photograph printer in measuring the concentration of the toner can be improved, thereby permitting accurate control for the concentration in a printed image.

  • Patent number: 5371800
Abstract: A speech detection circuit includes an amplifier for amplifying an input audio signal and having a variable gain, a rectifying circuit for rectifying an output signal of the amplifier, a comparator for comparing an output signal level of the rectifying circuit with a reference level, and a control circuit for outputting a control signal based on an output signal of the comparator. The control circuit outputs a control signal which indicates a power save mode after a predetermined time elapses from a time when the output signal level of the rectifying circuit becomes less than or equal to the reference level, and outputs a control signal which indicates a normal mode immediately when the output signal level of the rectifying circuit becomes greater than the reference level. The amplifier receives the control signal output from the control circuit and reduces its gain when the control signal indicates the power save mode.

  • Patent number: 5239286
Abstract: A battery alarm system for generating an alarm on recognition of the reduction of an output voltage of a battery, wherein an analog output voltage value of a battery is converted to a digital value. The digitalized values are inputted into a controller for a plurality of times at predetermined intervals to obtain the average value, and when the average value is smaller than the predetermined threshold stored in the memory, an alarm is generated. By obtaining an average value of voltage values inputted for a plurality of times, an alarm can be produced stably with little influence of fluctuations of the output voltage of the battery.
