  • Publication number: 20220000398
Abstract: A sensor insertion device comprises a lower case and an upper case. A base holder and a needle holder are disposed in the lower case. A needle holder raising mechanism is disposed above the needle holder. A sensor base having a sensor unit is held by the base holder. When the upper case is pushed down, the base holder and the needle holder move toward an opening on the lower surface side of the lower case, and the needle holder is raised by the needle holder raising mechanism. A protrusion that holds the upper case on the lower case is provided to the upper case in a state in which the upper case has been pushed down until the opening on the lower surface side comes into contact with the skin.

  • Publication number: 20080263858
Abstract: The invention realizes setting of measurement positions suitable for a warping state of a printed board and an easy work of setting the measurement positions. A printed board as a measurement sample is positioned three-dimensionally in X, Y and vertical directions on a positioning portion, and then a backup base is lifted up to apply backup pins to the back surface of the board and support the board horizontally. Then, the warping state of the board is measured by a height level detection device, and based on the measurement result the CPU displays the board on a monitor three-dimensionally or by contour lines. Once an operator sets measurement positions on the screen, the CPU converts each of the set positions into coordinates on the board, writes the coordinates of the set positions in the top of mounting data, and stores the data in the RAM.

  • Publication number: 20060000086
Abstract: Recognition of a position of a printed board is performed both before and after a chip component is mounted on the printed board. When a difference between the positions recognized before and after that is out of a predetermined allowable range, the printed board is treated as a defective. A CPU compares positions of a positioning mark provided on a printed board recognized both before and after a chip component is mounted on the printed board, the positions being taken an image by a board recognition camera and recognized by a recognition processing device. The CPU checks whether or not a difference between the positions is within a predetermined range stored in a RAM, that is, within a range from ?0.100 mm to +0.0100 mm, in both X and Y directions. When judging that the difference is within the range, the CPU controls an electronic component mounting apparatus to stop because of an error.
