    Abstract: A display device includes a display section in which a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a matrix, a plurality of scan lines which select pixels, a plurality of signal lines which supply image signals to the selected pixels, and color filters that are arranged so as to correspond to color displays of the pixels. In the device, the display section includes an effective pixel portion and a frame portion that surrounds the effective pixel portion, and the frame portion and a wiring circuit of the effective pixel portion are covered with light-shielding layers, the light-shielding layers being separated from each other at a certain separation location in the display section, and a plurality of color filters having different colors are arranged by being stacked at the separation location.

    Abstract: The memory power consumption is reduced more than in the past by performing a power control suitably for a nonvolatile memory. A memory control circuit is provided with a first register group for a CPU to perform separately initial setting of the operation mode (power OFF, standby, and power ON) of plural banks included in a nonvolatile memory, for every task of a program executed by the CPU, and an access determination unit which determines a bank to which an access from the CPU takes place, on the basis of the access address for instruction fetching and the kind of the fetched instruction. The memory control circuit switches the operation mode of each of the banks on the basis of the setting value of the first register group, and the determination result of the access determination unit.

An adjustment ring (41) formed such that an outer circumference is eccentric with respect to an inner circumference is provided to the outer circumference of the rotary ring (34), and a slide (5) is mounted to the outer circumference of the adjustment ring (41). Since the slide (5) and a slide drive unit (30) are arranged to be superposed substantially at the same height, a distance between the slide drive unit (30) and a lower end of the slide (5) can be reduced and the entire height of a servo press (1) can be reduced. In addition, since the height position of the slide (5) can be finely adjusted by rotating the adjustment ring (41), a press working can be performed with high accuracy.

    Abstract: The present invention aims to prefetch data which is stored in a cache memory and whose probability of access is high by replacing data whose probability of access is low. On discriminating a cache miss of target data which is used for an operation process performed by an operation processing unit, a cache hit discriminating unit obtains the target data from a main memory. Further, when the cache hit discriminating unit discriminates a cache hit, an invalid data discriminating unit discriminates a cache line including the target data is the same as the one including data which has been used for the previous operation process. Then, when the invalid data discriminating unit discriminates the cache line including the target data is different from the cache line including the data used for the previous operation process, a prefetch controlling unit prefetches the data by replacing data stored in the main memory with the cache line including the data used for the previous operation process.
