Abstract: There is provided an aseptic combination preparation to be mixed at the time of use, characterized in that the same medicinal ingredients are divided and preserved in two or more chambers. The aseptic combination preparations according to the present invention are a mixing type at the time of their use and are useful as infusions, various dialysis fluids, intraocular perfusion/washing solutions, coronary perfusion solutions, myocardial protective solutions, peritoneal lavage solutions, solutions for organ preservations, etc., which can eliminate adverse effects caused by medical error on a living body.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polyolefin-made holder for solutions containing vitamin D or derivatives thereof, in which the volume of polyolefin constituting a solution-holding portion of the holder is 30 cm3 or less per &mgr;mol of the vitamin D or derivatives thereof contained therein; and to a transfusion fluid container comprising the vitamin D solution holder. Use of the holder or container can minimize reduction in vitamin D content.

Abstract: A soft key template table and a data template table are stored in both of a storage section of a main unit and a storage section of a voice mail server. The soft key template table and data template table are databases in which guidance messages to be displayed on a display of each key telephone are associated with corresponding numbers. Code information including template numbers is transmitted over a serial line. A conversion processing section converts the template number to a display message and causes the display to display the message.

Abstract: A personal computer having a speech recognition board and speech synthesis board are connected to a key service unit via a control information communication path and media information communication path. Upon executing an exchange service, it is checked if that exchange service uses media information. When the service uses media information, up and down channels are set on the media information communication path, and voice guidance and a voice dial signal for voice dialing are transferred via these channels, thus making the personal computer execute speech recognition required for voice dialing and a search process of a callee telephone number on the basis of the recognition result.
