  • Publication number: 20180212224
Abstract: A wiring module includes: a connection member that electrically connects adjacent positive and negative electrode terminals of a plurality of power storage elements that include the electrode terminals; and an insulating protector in which the connection member is arranged and that is attached to the plurality of power storage elements. Through holes are formed through the connection member, and the insulating protector includes locking portions that can lock to hole edge portions of the through holes.

  • Publication number: 20180205062
Abstract: A wiring module to be attached to a power storage element group in which a plurality of power storage elements having cathodes composed of a first metal and anodes composed of a second metal that is different from the first metal are aligned, includes: bus bars having first metal portions composed of the first metal and second metal portions composed of the second metal; an insulating protector for housing the bus bars; and detection terminals connected to the bus bars. The bus bars have overlapping portions at which portions of the first and second metal portions overlap, the overlapping portions have welded portions at which the first and second metal portions are welded, and the bus bars have terminal connection portions on which the detection terminals are overlaid, at positions different from the positions of the welded portions.

  • Publication number: 20180138485
Abstract: A wiring module includes: plate-shaped connection members that connect adjacent positive and negative electrode terminals of a plurality of power storage elements that include the electrode terminals; holding portions that hold the connection members; and detection terminals that are arranged overlapping with the connection members and are configured to detect states of the power storage elements. The detection terminals can be welded to the connection members using a welding means arranged on a side opposite to the connection members. The holding portions are provided with welding protection portions that are arranged on surfaces opposite to surfaces on which the detection terminals are arranged, in regions of the connection members overlapped by the detection terminals, in a state in which the connection members are held in the holding portions.

  • Publication number: 20180122574
Abstract: A power storage module includes multiple power storage elements that each have cathode and anode electrode portions, connection members that connect the cathodes and anodes of the power storage elements and are fixed to the power storage elements by a fixing means, and an insulating protector that houses the connection members. The insulating protector includes opposing portions that oppose surfaces of the connection members, and withdrawal restriction portions that restrict withdrawal of the connection members from the other surface side. At least one of the opposing portions and the withdrawal restriction portions have a first clearance with respect to the connection members. The insulating protector further includes restriction portions that restrict movement relative to the power storage elements by an amount greater than or equal to a second clearance that is smaller than the first clearance.

  • Publication number: 20170288199
Abstract: An insulating protector of a wiring module is provided with: a first unit that includes a first holding portion that holds one end side, in a connection direction, of the connection members; and a second unit that includes a second holding portion that holds the other end side, in the connection direction, of the connection members. The second holding portion is contiguous with the first holding portion. The first and second holding portions include separating walls that face side edges of the connection members, and coupling portions that couple the first and the second holding portions to each other. The separating walls include enlarged gap portions that are formed so that gaps between the enlarged gap portions and the side edges of the connection members are larger on the side where the coupling portions are located than on the side where ends of the connection members are located.

  • Patent number: 4290345
Abstract: A refrigerant compressor comprising a balance hole communicating between a crank chamber and a suction chamber for returning the blow-by gas in the crank chamber to suction chamber, is provided with an oil separating member in a discharge chamber to separate oil in the compressed refrigerant gas. The separated oil is accumulated in an accumulating zone in the discharge chamber and returns to the crank chamber through an oil flowing passageway which communicates between the accumulating zone and the crank chamber thereby to reduce the oil leakage into the refrigerant circulating system.
