Abstract: When a request for processing is made after at least profile data which serves as input and profile attribute to be output have been specified, the case database, which stores case data in which a relation taking place between a plurality of piece of profile data is represented as a set of profile data, is retrieved in the case retrieval step for cases similar to profile data given as input. Next, in the dynamic learning step, significance of each of the attribute values for the attribute specified as output is calculated such that high significance is given to the attribute value which is characteristic of the set of case data retrieved in the case retrieval step. Further, in the recommended data determination step, the score of each piece of profile data in the profile database is calculated based on the significance, as calculated in the dynamic learning step, of each of the attribute values for the attribute specified as output, and profile data with high scores is recommended.

Abstract: In a candidate data searching step, a plurality of similar candidate data is searched from a profile data group having a peculiar attribute value every different attribute on the basis of an input in which one or a plurality of attribute values have been designated. In a significance calculating step, significance regarding the attribute is calculated on the basis of the searched candidate data and non-candidate data. In a score calculating step, a score of each candidate data is calculated on the basis of the calculated significance. In a search result outputting step, each candidate data is ranked on the basis of the calculated score, and the ranked upper candidate data is outputted as a search result.

Abstract: The solid state imaging device comprises a solid state imaging element for storing light generating charges in a high concentration buried layer under a channel, modulating a threshold voltage, and detecting a light signal, a signal output circuit 105 for outputting a difference voltage between a first source potential after light modulation and a second source potential before the light modulation, wherein the signal output circuit 105 stores the first source potential and the second source potential in a first line memory (Lms) and a second line memory (Lmn) each formed of an input capacitor which is connected to a source region of a light signal detecting insulated gate field effect transistor respectively and outputs a difference voltage (Vout=VoutS−VoutN) between the first source potential and the second source potential via switched capacitor circuits.

Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit having a memory and an adjacent peripheral circuit generating minority carriers which can destroy data in a portion of the memory at low temperatures. The load resistance in the portion is made lower or the storage capacity is made higher in the portion than in the remainder of the memory so that at low temperatures data is not lost and the energy consumption of the circuit is not unduly increased.
