  • Publication number: 20150252935
Abstract: A modular filtration frame assembly is provided for holding components of a pipe system and filtration system. The modular frame assembly comprises a skid formed by a base and a central spine. The base has at least two legs and at least one lateral support disposed between the two legs, and the central spine has two uprights and at least one cross bar disposed between the two uprights. A component support member is attached to the central spine for supporting components of the pipe system. In the modular frame assembly, the base, central spine and component supports can be formed by selecting from predetermined and presized components in response to the design and size of the pipe system and filtration system. The component support member holds predetermined components of the pipe and filtration system having a predetermined centerline at the same vertical distance from the cross bar, thereby maintaining the same centerline for all pipe system components supported by the skid regardless of component diameter.

  • Patent number: 8248518
Abstract: An optical apparatus is disclosed which achieves high focusing accuracy and favorable responsiveness in AF control. The apparatus includes a signal generator which extracts signals in a plurality of frequency bands from an output from an image-pickup part and generates focus signals from the extracted signals, and a controller which performs focus control such that the focus signal approaches the highest value. The controller uses a first focus signal and a second focus signal in the focus control. The second focus signal is a synthesis signal formed by synthesizing a focus signal in a relatively high or the highest frequency band of the plurality of frequency bands and a focus signal in another frequency band and contains a component of the focus signal in the relatively high or highest frequency band at a higher ratio as compared with the first focus signal.

  • Publication number: 20100188534
Abstract: The object of this invention is to attain accurate control by correcting any deviation of a cam locus due to manufacturing errors and the like upon controlling a zoom lens and focus lens along a theoretical cam locus. To attain this object, a differential locus between the theoretical cam locus (stored cam locus) and a true cam locus due to an error obtained by a measurement is obtained, and is stored as cam correction data. The lens control is made while correcting the theoretical cam locus by the correction data.

  • Patent number: 7697041
Abstract: At least one exemplary embodiment is directed to a rear zoom lens system which includes focus preset devices 15 and 16 for controlling the storage of a given distance from a subject (camera-to-subject distance) and shift of focus to the position. Trajectory information can be stored corresponding to each of camera-to-subject distances and indicating correspondences between zoom-and-focus positions, which facilitates moving the second lens group to compensate for the movement of the first moving lens group while facilitating maintaining its focus.

  • Patent number: 7558884
Abstract: Described is a mechanism for receiving new data at an auxiliary device associated with a main computer system, and processing that new data within the auxiliary device firmware to take some action. The receipt and processing of the data is independent of whether the main computer system is in a powered-up state (online) or powered-down state (offline). A cache that maintains the user application data for offline navigation may be updated with new data, either to change existing data in the cache or add a new navigation path. The received data can be processed to perform other actions, depending on the context of that data as determined by auxiliary processing.
