  • Publication number: 20220033923
Abstract: To reduce the roughening of a surface of a workpiece whose hardness is increased by heat treatment. In a workpiece such as a guide plate (11), not a surface (11a1) of a groove (11a) that is a desired part for hardening (hardening target position) but a surface (11a2) opposite the surface (11a1) is heat-treated as a surface to be heated that is to be directly heated by an induction heating device. This can inhibit the surface (11a1) of the hardening target position from being roughened by the heat treatment and becoming lower in surface precision than before the heat treatment. Further, according to the present invention, the use of the induction heating device makes it possible to heat-treat only a necessary part.

  • Patent number: 9862291
Abstract: A seat slide device includes lower rails and upper rails both formed substantially symmetrical bilaterally across a center in a width direction, and lock mechanisms on both sides of the upper rails to be engaged with the lower rails to lock them. An entire structure combining the lower rails, the upper rails and the lock mechanisms is substantially symmetrical forward, backward, and bilaterally, and a force applied to the lower rails and the upper rails can be absorbed substantially evenly forward, backward, and left and right. Since the lock mechanisms have an elastic lock member in a substantially center part in a longitudinal direction, the lower rails and the upper rails are elastically deformable for reduction of a biased load at a time of locking, improvement in vibration absorption characteristic, and the like, and a plate thickness of each material can be made thinner than conventional for weight reduction.

  • Publication number: 20170166044
Abstract: In a work vehicle, a fuel supply path including a first fuel supply path connecting a first fuel tank to a merging portion, a second fuel supply path connecting a second fuel tank to the merging portion, and a common supply path connecting the merging portion to an engine is formed. A fuel pump supplying fuel to the engine is provided in the common supply path. Check valves that open according to a differential pressure between pressures on the fuel tank side and the merging portion side are interposed on the first fuel supply path and the second fuel supply path. A communication channel establishes communication between an upper space of the first fuel tank and an upper space of the second fuel tank is formed.

  • Patent number: 9045171
Abstract: A work vehicle includes a fixed hood covering a rear area of an engine compartment housing an engine and an engine accessory, a swing axis extending through the rear area of the engine compartment in a transverse direction of the vehicle, and a swing hood swinging around the swing axis between a closed position and an open position. The swing hood tucks the fixed hood inside the swing hood and thus covers the fixed hood in the open position, and covers a front area and a middle area of the engine compartment and overlaps with a front end portion of the fixed hood in the closed position.

  • Patent number: 8900378
Abstract: A structural material is provided, the strength and toughness of which are well-balanced at a high level, suitable in particular for seat frames in automobiles, aircrafts and the like. Specifically disclosed is a structural material produced by integrally joining thin steel members in a part thereof and, after joining, thermally heating a part thereof so that the heat-treated part differs from the other parts in strength and toughness. Unlike a structural material, the strength of which as a whole has been uniformly improved by heat treatment, the above-described structural material consists of a part having a high strength and a part having low strength. Thus, a structural material, the strength and toughness of which are well-balanced at a high level can be obtained. Since the strength and toughness are well-balanced at a high level, the structural material is suitable particularly for seat frames in automobiles, aircrafts and the like.
