Abstract: In a telemeeting terminal for performing communication between remote locations by using multiple media, the other party of a meeting is identified in a display picture and thereafter switching to a principal picture for presenting and explaining materials meeting is performed. As a result, it is possible to keep materials used in the meeting secret.

Abstract: An optical scanning device which can prevent increase of the weight or capacity involved with distortion correction to sufficiently correct the distortion at low cost. A correction arrangement is provided to control the rotating angular velocity of a scanning rotary mirror in accordance with the scanning position of a scanning face. By controlling the rotating angular velocity of the scanning rotary mirror, the distortion aberration on the scanning face is corrected so that sufficiently accurate optical scanning can be performed without optically correcting the distortion aberration.

Abstract: A conference system identifies and manages conferences in terms of the conference host name, conference name and conference partner name. At the setup a conference, a conference host name, conference name and conference partner name are registered, and, in addition, material names and material supplier names of materials used for the conference are registered. The communication conference system stores conference management information in the first, second and third files in the hierarchical structure. The first file stores conferences host names, the second file stores conference names and conference partner names, and the third file stores conference material names and conference material supplier names.
