Abstract: This disclosure concerns systems and methods for tracking participation in meetings and managing conference rooms. A participation object may be used. The participation object may include an intended participation status and real-time participation status for each invitee to a meeting. The intended participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee intends to participate in the meeting and how each invitee intends to participate in the meeting. The intended participation statuses may be updated based on responses to meeting invitations. The real-time participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee is currently participating in the meeting and how each invitee is currently participating in the meeting. The real-time participation statuses may be updated based on check-ins. The check-ins may be received close to a start time of the meeting and during the meeting. The participation object may also include a meeting summary. The meeting summary may summarize participation in the meeting.

A meeting request that includes a plurality of invitees may be received. The meeting request may be associated with a plurality of related documents based on one or more attributes and a meeting insight related to the related documents may be surfaced. A user may send a time modification suggestion to the meeting organizer and a rescheduling insight may be surfaced. Time and location information corresponding to invitees and the meeting time may be analyzed and reminders may be surfaced for each of the invitees in relation to a meeting location. Attendees may interact with location-based insights to have directions to a meeting surfaced.

The embodiments allow a user to select a conversation mode for displaying communications, e.g., messages, as conversations. In response to the user's selection, embodiments provide for displaying a graphical element associated with a conversation. The graphical element can be selected to display the messages associated with the conversation. Additionally, embodiments provide for selecting a conversation and applying actions to the conversation, resulting in the application of the action to the messages that are associated with the conversation.

Abstract: Implementations of systems and methods allow mobile users to send replies to, or to forward, truncated electronic mail messages, and yet still send the entire body of the original electronic mail message, without having to download the entire body of the mail message locally to the mobile device and then re-transmit the entire message from the mobile device.

Abstract: Stacks that associate different electronic content are created using tags that are associated with electronic content. Stacks may be personal, organizational and/or shared. A tag may be associated with different types of electronic content (e.g. documents, people, contacts, meetings, emails, . . . ) that may be stored in different locations. The tag acts as an identifier that travels with the content as the electronic content is used. Content may be automatically/manually tagged. As the tagged content is used, the different applications that interact with the content (e.g. a messaging application, a content application) can use the tag to perform different actions. Changes to content with a tag may be aggregated such that users looking at the “consolidated” view can see all changes made to content or activity related to that content.

The computer system sends device settings, representing a new mobile device configuration that is appropriate accessing the maintained data, to the mobile device. The computer system receives an indication that the mobile device is configured in accordance with the device settings. The computer system permits the mobile device to access the maintained data in response to receiving the indication that the mobile device is configured in accordance with the device settings.

Voice mail forwarding and settings may also be automatically reverted back to the user's original service.
