    Abstract: An apparatus for processing a vegetable raw material comprises a casing mounted on shock absorbers and accommodating a drum having pins, electrodes and a control electrode connected to a relay. The apparatus also comprises a power regulator connected to the relay output and an input of a voltage regulator. The relay and voltage regulator are connected to the three-phase power supply. Each output of the voltage regulator is connected to a respective electrode.

    Abstract: An electroplasmolyzer for processing vegetable stock has a housing accommodating a plurality of electrodes having a planer surface for contacting said vegetable stock being processed and connected to a three-phase power supply. Each of adjacent electrodes in a pair are connected to different phases of the three-phase power supply. An unobstructed passageway extending through the housing is defined adjacent to the terminal portions of the plurality of electrodes.
