  • Patent number: 9056423
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an eco friendly foam package material includes a raw material mixing step for mixing raw materials uniformly and thoroughly to form a mixed raw material, a raw material hybrid-melting step for performing a hybrid-melting process to form a hybrid-melted material, a particle forming step for performing the particle forming process by putting the hybrid-melted material into a pelletizer to form plastic particles, and a foam extrusion step. In the foam extrusion step the plastic particles are melted to become a gelatinous state material, and foamed with non-chemical method. Since the properties of the biodegradable polymer are changed by the decomposition enzyme, and further to mix with bio-cellulose and the industrial starch, such that the eco friendly foam package material with compostability is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20120280433
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a foam material containing natural plant fibers includes: providing a plurality of plant fibers, a foaming agent, a thickening agent, a filler, and a flame retardant in a mixing tank for mixing and stirring, so as to form a homogeneous mixture; filling or injecting the homogeneous mixture into a forming container or a forming mold; utilizing a pressurizing device for applying a predetermined pressure; and heating the homogeneous mixture to a temperature higher than the foaming temperature of the foaming agent, such that foaming of the foaming agent takes place, and consequently a large amount of gas is generated, the homogeneous mixture being transformed to a plant fiber foam material having a porous foam structure. The manufacturing method can be easily carried out through existing equipments, and the plant fiber foam material is made from the natural plant fibers capable of being decomposed naturally.

  • Publication number: 20100295666
Abstract: A computer system having an RFID reading/writing function is provided. The computer system includes a computer device, and a modulized RFID reader. The modulized RFID reader is an RFID reader module integrated with functions and the circuit of the conventional RFID reader. The RFID reader module can be integrated inside the computer device. Therefore, the computer system of the present invention is multifunctional and has at least an RFID reading/writing function. As such, the modulized RFID reader is adapted for mass production, and is convenient for testing and assembling. Therefore, the modulized RFID reader can be provided to the customers with a much cheaper price.
