    Abstract: A Monte Carlo tree structure of related software packages for a software project is constructed, wherein one or more vulnerable nodes of the Monte Carlo tree structure indicate a software vulnerability. A Monte Carlo tree search algorithm is applied on the Monte Carlo tree structure, the applying comprising expanding the Monte Carlo tree structure with multiple respective candidate nodes corresponding to alternative software packages for replacement of the one or more vulnerable nodes and performing iterative simulation and backpropagation through different tree updates using the multiple respective candidate nodes to identify at least one best replacement node from the multiple candidate nodes. A repaired software set for the software project is exported, the repaired software set including additional software corresponding to the at least one identified best replacement node, the additional software replacing one or more software packages that are related to the one or more vulnerable nodes.

    Abstract: A method with which mechanical properties of the interface of the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composite material can be improved by conducting grafting on surfaces of materials. A carbon fiber (CF) and a polymethyl methacrylate resin (PMMA) are subjected to interface modification treatment to introduce active carboxyl groups to the surfaces of the materials. Then, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) is used as a coupling layer for connecting the carboxyl groups on the surfaces of the carbon fiber and on the surfaces of the polymethyl methacrylate resin to form a “molecular bridge”. Accordingly, the interface binding force between the resin and the fiber is improved by chemical grafting. A modified carbon fiber reinforced polymethyl methacrylate composite material sample (CF/PMMA) is prepared by a thin film lamination method, and the composite material sample prepared is subjected to a microscopic verification testing of the validity of the method provided in the present disclosure.

The additive can be easily adsorbed on a dual surface, and the nanoparticles released in a friction process cooperate with spherical oxidized graphene or graphene to form rolling friction so as to reduce frictional abrasion.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a device and method for installing and adjusting a sliding block of a multipoint crank press. The device comprises a crank, a connecting rod with an end provided with a U-shaped notch, a sliding block and an eccentric pin shaft micro-adjustment mechanism. The eccentric pin shaft micro-adjustment mechanism is installed at the joint between the connecting rod and the sliding block. The crank, the connecting rod and the sliding block of the multipoint press are normally machined and installed through a classical process, so that the sliding block of the multipoint press runs to a bottom dead center. A gap among mechanisms is eliminated through the loading by a hydraulic loader. The position of one set of crank, connecting rod and sliding block mechanism is taken as a reference, and then the eccentric positions and directions of the eccentric pin shafts at other adjustment positions are finely adjusted, thus realizing high-precision assembly and operation of the multipoint press.

    Abstract: A molding process of a co-cured short-fiber resin-based damping composite material and a molding part. Different from a traditional centrifugal processing process of a thin-walled tube of a resin-based composite material, the process uses raw materials including three kinds of materials with different densities and including two kinds of short-fiber epoxy resin with different densities and a damping material. During centrifugal molding, the three kinds of materials are made into fluids to be respectively injected at a uniform speed in three times according to the sizes of the densities. Layering is performed by using different centrifugal forces applied to the three kinds of materials. Co-curing is performed according to a resin curing process after the three kinds of materials are stably distributed, and a tubular thin-walled part of the embedded co-cured short-fiber resin-based damping composite material with a uniform wall thickness is obtained.

The light source emits visible light to the first switch, which is continuously deflected and reflected by a torsional micro-mirror. The light respectively irradiates each of the optical fibers in a composite material optical fiber prepreg layer. If the material is normal, the optical fiber is not damaged, the visible light passes through the optical fiber and irradiates the second switch, and is continuously deflected and reflected by a second torsional micro-mirror, the light irradiates the photoelectric sensor. The sensor outputs an electric signal to the computer. If the material is damaged, the optical fiber here is damaged, another corresponding optical fiber path at an intersection point is also damaged without electric signal output. The computer gives breaking position coordinates at the intersection point of two paths of optical fiber arrays.
