    Abstract: A rotatable and liftable camera device includes a housing and a camera assembly. The camera assembly is moveably mounted in the housing and is configured to move upwards or downwards between a raised position and a lowered position. The housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing configured to rotate relative to the upper housing; and the camera assembly is configured to move upwards or downwards along with rotation of the upper housing relative to the lower housing. The camera assembly can move upwards and downwards according to different scenarios, especially for covert recording suitable for special scenarios, which is flexible and convenient for use. Rotation of the upper housing relative to the lower housing can drive the camera module to move upwards or downwards, which is convenient for a user to operate with a single hand.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a vertical motion protection method and device based on a dual-stage motion system of a photolithography machine. The method comprises: according to a distance between measured points and reference points of the eddy current sensor and coordinates of the reference points of the eddy current sensor, calculating coordinates of the measured points on a lower surface of the micro-motion stage respectively; calculating a point normal form equation of the micro-motion stage at the current time using measured coordinates of the measured points on the micro-motion stage, then substituting X and Y coordinates of the measured points on the translated micro-motion stage to determine a maximum height of the micro-motion stage at the current time; and comparing the maximum height with a height threshold, if the maximum height exceeds the height threshold, shutting down for protection, or else continuing to operate the system.

An anti-toppling interlocking mechanism is arranged between the side wall of the chest body and the drawers and comprises fixing pieces, a sliding rod and stop blocks, wherein the fixing pieces are installed on the side wall of the chest body, the sliding rod is installed between the fixing pieces and the side wall of the chest body, the stop blocks are installed on the side walls of the drawers, oblique slideways are arranged on the stop blocks, and the sliding rod and clamping tenons slide along the oblique slideways when the drawers are pulled out and pushed back. According to the anti-toppling drawer chest of the invention, the function that a single drawer is pulled out and the other drawers are locked is achieved.
