    Abstract: A semi-automatic corrosion box of a copper clad laminate is disclosed. The corrosion device comprises a box body which has no cover; a baffle plate which divides the corrosion box into an upper part and a lower part, wherein a copper clad laminate circuit board is placed on the baffle plate, and a temperature detection module, water pumps and a heating rod are placed on a lower part; and a thermal imaging camera which is placed on a pressing plate through a bracket. Modules in corrosive liquid are connected with an external single chip microcomputer control module through corrosion-resistant wires. The working mode of the present invention is that time and temperature are set with a key matrix at first, and the control module can automatically stop working and enter a low power consumption mode.

    Abstract: A method for designing a support damping structure. A total effective damping ratio of the additional support damping structure is preset. A size of an equivalent strut in the structure is assumed, and the equivalent strut is placed at a position where an additional damper is required to be placed. A structural response of the additional damper to the preset total effective damping ratio is calculated; a horizontal resultant of the equivalent strut and a horizontal displacement of the equivalent strut are calculated. A yield strength of the additional damper and a yield displacement of the additional damper are estimated according to the horizontal resultant of the equivalent strut and the horizontal displacement of the equivalent strut. A size of the actual strut in the structure is determined; a total effective damping ratio of the additional support damping structure is obtained.

    Abstract: A method for recovering thorium and rare earth elements from rare earth waste residues includes the steps of (1) mixing rare earth waste residues with an inorganic acid and heating to obtain a stock solution containing thorium and rare earth elements; (2) extracting thorium and rare earth elements from the stock solution with an organic phase containing an extractant; (3) washing the organic phase obtained after extraction in step (2) with a washing solution to move rare earth elements into the aqueous phase and leave thorium in the organic phase; (4) back-extracting the organic phase containing thorium obtained in step (3) with a back-extraction solution to extract move thorium in the organic phase into the aqueous phase. The extractant contains alkyl phosphonic acid monoalkyl ester and dialkylphosphinic acid.
