On the inner-side surface, each of the two iron core (4) has a main core part (41) capable of stretching through the penetration hole (11) of the lead frame main body (1) where the main core part (41) has a containing circumferential trench (43) capable of containing the lead frame main body (1).

    Abstract: An improved structure of transformer's iron core mainly has an iron core main body, having a salient main core part with a rectangular horizontal cross-section, furnished at the center part thereof. The main core part has a pair of oppositely configured side wing parts furnished at the outside thereof. A containing circumferential channel formed between the main core part and the side wing parts has a pair of oppositely configured side openings making the containing circumferential channel form communicative exits toward the outside through the two side openings. By employing the salient main core part with a rectangular-shaped horizontal cross-section, the invention is capable of forming longer outer circumference to effectively increase the area of the magnetic flux thereof under the premise of same bobbin.

    Abstract: An improved structure of inductance core mainly includes a core made of high magnetic permeability (?) and a wire frame. The core further includes a center post at the center section and two side posts at the end sections that are all salient in the same direction to a side of the core. A center hole, having a bobbin at the periphery thereof for the winding of a coil, is disposed at the center of the wire frame to let the center posts of two cores insert through respectively, together with the two side posts covering on the sides of the wire frame. By making use of the combination of the center posts, the wire frame can relatively extend such that the overlapped area of each layer of the coil can increase and the inductance leakage can be effectively lessen.

    Abstract: An improved structure of high voltage stabilizer mainly includes a primary core, a secondary core, a primary coil, and a secondary coil. The primary core further includes a first side and a second side where the second side is connected, in perpendicular direction, to an end of the first side. A first salient portion and a second salient portion being having the same height and being both relatively higher than that of the second side are provided on the inner side of the first side and are near and positioned outward from the second side. The primary coil and the secondary coil wind respectively around the first salient portion and the second salient portion of the primary core. What is more, the secondary core appearing a plate in shape can cover upon the top surfaces of the first salient portion and the second salient portion respectively, and has an end portion extending above the top of the second side of the primary core to form a gap between them.

    Abstract: An improved structure of inductance core and wire frame mainly provides a center post at the center portion of the core. A containing circumferential channel is also provided at the periphery of the center post to make the outer circumference of the containing circumferential channel form a surrounded circumferential side wall that has small area of indentation openings at the end corners only. A center hole is also provided at the center portion of the wire frame that accommodates the center post, and a bobbin for the winding of the coil is further provided at the outer circumference of the center hole. A salient lead-out seat is provided at the end corner of the wire frame, and brazing posts are also provided on the same side at the upper edge of each of the lead-out seat to connect to the drawing head of the coil.
