    Abstract: In various examples, sensor configuration for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and applications is described. Systems and methods are disclosed that may use image feature correspondences between camera images along with an assumption that image features are locally planar to determine parameters for calibrating an image sensor with a LiDAR sensor and/or another image sensor. In some examples, an optimization problem is constructed that attempts to minimize a geometric loss function, where the geometric loss function encodes the notion that corresponding image features are views of a same point on a locally planar surface (e.g., a surfel or mesh) that is constructed from LiDAR data generated using a LiDAR sensor. In some examples, performing such processes to determine the calibration parameters may remove structure estimation from the optimization problem.

A human body is represented as a deformable implicit neural representation, and a geometric shape, material attributes, and ambient lighting of the human body are decomposed to obtain a relightable and drivable implicit human body model. In addition, a volumetric lighting grid including a plurality of spherical Gaussian models is introduced to represent complex lighting with spatial variation, and visible probes capable of changing in position with change in human pose are introduced to record dynamic self-occlusion caused by human motion. With the method, drivable implicit models capable of being used for high-fidelity human body relighting may be generated in cases of sparse video input and even monocular input.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods to efficiently execute predictions models to identify future values associated with various nodes. A server retrieves a set of nodes and generates a primary prediction model using data aggregated based on all nodes. The server then executes various clustering algorithms in order to segment the nodes into different clusters. The server then generates a secondary (corrective) prediction model to calculate a correction needed to improve the results achieved by executing the primary prediction model for each cluster. When a node with unknown/limited data and attributes is identified, the server identifies a cluster most similar the new node and further identifies a corresponding secondary prediction model. The server then executes the primary prediction model in conjunction with the identified secondary prediction model to populate a graphical user interface with an accurate predicted future attribute for the new node.
