Abstract: Systems and techniques for an artificial intelligence natural language processing platform are described herein. A first dialogue configuration ruleset may be obtained for a first intent for a first entity. First user input may be received that includes a first text string from a chatbot session. The first intent may be identified from the chatbot session through evaluation of the first text string by a natural language processing engine using the first dialogue configuration ruleset. A dialogue stack may be generated for the chatbot session that includes a first state based on the first dialogue configuration ruleset. A first response to the first user input may be displayed based on the first dialogue configuration ruleset. The dialogue stack may be updated based on the first response.

Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for sentiment data retrieval. A customer is recognized and customer data associated with the customer is retrieved based on the recognizing the customer. A relationship with the customer is determined based on the customer data. Input data associated with the customer is received from an input device. A sentiment analysis is run on the input data. A customer need based on the sentiment analysis, the customer data, and the determined relationship is determined. Customer data associated with the customer need is retrieved and provided.

Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for analyzing conversation data to determine a meeting is needed. A plurality of attendees for the meeting is determined. Calendar information for each of the plurality of attendees is retrieved. A common meeting date and time is determined based on the calendar information and the conversation data. A physical location for each of the plurality of attendees at the common meeting date and time is determined. A physical location within a building for the meeting is determined based on the physical location for each of the plurality of attendees. A building access list is updated with the plurality of attendees for the common meeting date and time.
