    Abstract: A bitline sense amplifier including: an amplifier which is connected between a first sensing bitline and a second sensing bitline, and detects and amplifies a voltage difference between a first bitline and a second bitline in response to a first control signal and a second control signal; and an equalizer which is connected between a first supply line through which the first control signal is supplied and a second supply line through which the second control signal is supplied, and pre-charges the first bitline and the second bitline with a precharge voltage in response to an equalizing control signal, wherein the equalizer includes an equalizing enable transistor in which a source terminal is connected to the first supply line and performs equalizing in response to the equalizing control signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a board for building or industry comprising biodegradable resin and wooden flour, which is capable of implementing an excellent physical property and protecting the human body and the environment, and a method of manufacturing the same. A method of manufacturing a board may comprise fabricating wooden flour by pulverizing a raw log or wood chips that are raw materials, inputting biodegradable resin to the wooden flour and fabricating compounds by mulling the biodegradable resin and the wooden flour at high temperature, forming the fabricated compounds in a sheet form through mold forming, and cooling the formed board. Accordingly, there are advantages in that an excellent physical property can be implemented, the human body and the environment can be protected because there is no possibility of environmental pollution when the board is buried due to the biodegradable resin, and a cost related to the disposal of wastes can be reduced.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, a reciprocating compressor with a rotary valve comprises a cylinder block with plural cylinder bore, a drive shaft which is supported and permitted to rotate in relation to the cylinder block, a piston which is housed in the cylinder bore and allowed to reciprocate therein, a power transmitting unit which connects the piston and drive shaft, a rear housing wherein an intake chamber and exhaust chamber are formed, and a rotary valve which rotates with the drive shaft and is installed in the inner surface of a coupling hole formed in the cylinder block and permitted to slide and rotate therein. In the inner circumference of the cylinder block, connection holes are respectively connected to the cylinder bore. A bypass unit is included between the coupling hole and rotary valve and bypasses the refrigerant remaining in the connection hole of one cylinder bore during the compressive stroke of the piston, then discharges it through the connection hole of another cylinder bore.

    Abstract: Disclosed are plasticizer compositions including cyclodextrin derivatives, a flexible PVC composition with suppression of the migration of a plasticizer containing the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the flexible PVC composition of the present invention includes steps of (S1) preparing cyclodextrin derivatives; (S2) mixing the cyclodextrin derivatives, PVC and a low molecular weight liquid plasticizer to form a plastisol; and (S3) heating the plastisol to form a solution and cooling the solution. The manufacturing method PVC-1 of the present invention may be useful to mass-produce flexible PVC with suppression of the migration of a plasticizer in a simple and economic manner without using solvents since the cyclodextrin derivatives are used as a compound that can suppress the migration of a plasticizer. The flexible PVC has an effect of reducing an amount of the migrated plasticizer without deterioration in its physical properties.
