    Abstract: There is provided a cleaner composition for a process of manufacturing a semiconductor and a display. The cleaner composition includes 0.01 to 5.0 wt % of amino acid-based chelating agent, 0.01 to 1.5 wt % of organic acid, 0.01 to 1.0 wt % of inorganic acid, 0.01 to 5.0 wt % of alkali compound, and the balance of deionized water and is based on acidic water with pH levels of 1 to 5. The cleaner composition may enhance metal contaminants removal capability and have a function to remove particles and organic contaminants, and prevent corrosion of copper and reverse adsorption of copper. Thus, cleaner composition may be used for various purposes of etching copper, removing residues, and a cleaner by adjusting an etch rate.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a safety cushion mat that includes an inner filler made of a synthetic resin expanded foam member, and a first sheet and a second sheet which cover an upper and a lower surface of the inner filler, respectively. The inner filler may have air outlets formed in its upper and lower surfaces in a particular pattern. The first sheet may include a first sheet body portion and a first edge portion, and the second sheet may include a second sheet body portion and a second edge portion. The second edge portion may be fused with the first edge portion of the first sheet. When the first sheet and the second sheet are fused onto both sides of the inner filler, any air remaining between the first and second sheets and the inner filler may be discharged through the air outlets of the inner filler.

By the method, a capacitive sensor is positioned over a silicon thin film sample with an air-gap between the sensor and the sample, a size of the air-gap is measured using the capacitive sensor while an excitation light source module is turned off, an excitation light is illuminated on the silicon thin film sample by turning on the excitation light source module, where the excitation light is an ultraviolet light, a conductivity change of the silicon thin film sample is measured using the capacitive sensor, and a measurement error due to a deviation of the air-gap is eliminated by normalizing the conductivity change based on a measurement result of the size of the air-gap.
