Abstract: Provided is a rolling roll including: a rolling roll body (112) installed to a rolling mill and used for rolling a material; and a surface treatment part formed on a surface of the rolling roll body (112) and coming into contact with the material, wherein the surface treatment part is formed to have fine concave and convex patterns forming ridges and valleys on a surface thereof, wherein the fine concave and convex patterns are formed such that the roughness skewness, indicating the difference between the height of the ridges and the depth of the valleys, has a negative (?) value.
