Abstract: Disclosed is a separation device of an ejector motor for a portable missile, capable of being separated from a missile without any additional separation devices after ejecting the missile. An ejection rocket motor and a separation device are integrally formed. Ejection is performed by a thrust generated while the ejection rocket motor is combusted, and separation is performed by cutting off shearing bolts with using a force generated from a separation cylinder when the combustion of the ejection rocket motor has been completed. This operation and configuration may minimize a weight and a space occupied by a general ejection and separation device in a missile system.

  • Patent number: 7792790
Abstract: A data synchronizing method between a server and a client is provided. The server and the client manage database changed after a previous synchronization of data shared by them. The database includes a sync anchor field for each data item. When a sync session is initiated upon request of the client, a last anchor is detected from the database stored in the client and a last anchor from the database stored in the server. The last anchor of the client is compared with the last anchor of the server. A client change log and a server change log are generated according to a comparison result based on a database change that occurred after the last anchor of client or server when the last anchor of the client is identical to the last anchor of the server. The databases are updated according to the client change log and the server change log.

  • Publication number: 20100029324
Abstract: An architecture for a receiver component in a wireless communications system is disclosed—one that supports both zero intermediate frequency (ZIF) and near-zero intermediate frequency (NZIF) operation. The architecture provides a down-conversion segment, and a local oscillator segment operatively associated with the down-conversion segment. An analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) segment is adapted to receive signals from the down-conversion segment and introduce the signals into a digital intermediate frequency (DIF) construct. The DIF construct performs a DC offset compensation or DC residue filtering on NZIF-based signals, and droop or mismatch compensation. Image removal is performed on NZIF-based signals, and DC offset compensation is performed on ZIF-based signals. Compensated signals are amplified to some nominal or desired level, and interpolation filtering of the amplified signals is performed prior to transmission thereof.

  • Publication number: 20080051134
Abstract: A reconfigurable wireless transceiver and method of use are disclosed. As one example, a reconfigurable wireless transceiver is disclosed, which includes a transmitter unit, a plurality of receiver units, and a processing unit coupled to the plurality of receiver units. A first receiver unit of the plurality of receiver units receives a first signal at a first frequency, and determines a strength level of the first signal. A second receiver unit of the plurality of receiver units searches for a second signal at a second frequency, detects the second signal at the second frequency, and determines a strength level of the detected second signal. The processing unit determines if the strength level of the detected second signal is greater than a predetermined value, and enables the second receiver unit to receive a third signal at substantially the second frequency, if the strength level of the detected second signal is greater than the predetermined value.

  • Publication number: 20070243832
Abstract: A multimode/multiband mobile station and a method for operating the same are provided. A transmission module transmits multimode/multiband signals through transmitters. A reception module receives radio signals for different services of the same frequency band among multimode/multiband signals through receivers for the same frequency band, and receives radio signals of different frequency bands among the multimode/multiband signals through receivers for the different frequency bands. As compared with the conventional mobile station, the multimode/multiband mobile station can reduce the number of receivers by making use of one receiver to receive radio signals for different services of the same frequency band. The multimode/multiband mobile station can use a duplexer of the conventional frequency division duplex (FDD) technique (e.g., wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA)) in a time division duplex (TDD) technique (e.g.
