  • Publication number: 20220146519
Abstract: Provided are: an integrin targeting probe, which can be effectively used for the diagnosis or treatment of retinochoroidal neovascularization or age-related macular degeneration by predicting the occurrence and recurrence of retinochoroidal neovascularization before structural changes of retinochoroidal neovascularization occur; and a preparation method therefor. The integrin targeting probe is an integrin ?v?3 targeting probe for diagnosing retinochoroidal neovascular diseases and can comprise a fluorescent material-labeled cyclic RGD peptide, which is completed by conjugating an NH2-cyclic RGD peptide precursor to a fluorescent material.

  • Patent number: 7652865
Abstract: An earthing device which needs not be buried under the ground is provided. The earthing device includes an earthing panel and a discharging device mounted inside the earthing panel. The discharging device includes at least one electrode plate, multiple discharging electrodes coupled to the electrode plate, and catalyst filled between the discharging electrodes. Since an earth electrode needs not be buried under the ground, it requires less construction costs, time and area, and environmental pollution (especially, soil pollution) does not happen. Further, the earthing device can be simply and economically installed regardless of place.

  • Patent number: 5969816
Abstract: This invention relates to a laser gyroscope. This invention provides a direction-switched mode-locked laser gyroscope, comprising: a laser resonator including a laser gain medium and an optical path, one end of the resonator being connected to a reflector and the other end of the resonator being composed of a Sagnac loop; wherein the gyroscope is operated by pulses generated from an optical switch connected to the Sagnac loop. The laser gyroscope according to the invention has a better durability than a conventional He-Ne type laser gyrocope. It can produce an output signal which can be processed more simply than that of the interferometric fiber-optic gyroscope since the output signal is characterized by frequencies corresponding to the rotation rate. The gyroscope operates to produce a pulse output, reducing lock-in effect compared with a gyroscope producing continuous wave output.

  • Patent number: 5641705
Abstract: In a device isolation method for a semiconductor device, after a pad oxide layer and a nitride layer are formed on a semiconductor substrate, the nitride layer located above the device isolation region is removed. An undercut is formed under the nitride by partially etching the pad oxide layer. After a first oxide layer is formed on the exposed substrate and a polysilicon spacer is formed on the sidewalls of the nitride layer, a void is formed in the oxide layer under the nitride layer which is formed on the active region by oxidizing the resultant structure in which the polysilicon spacer is formed at a temperature above 950.degree. C. Thus, good cell definition and stable device isolation can be realized, while solving the typical problem of conventional LOCOS methods by forming the void intentionally in the pad oxide layer thickened by bird's beak punch through.
