  • Patent number: 11936075
Abstract: Disclosed are a separator for fuel cells capable of minimizing the volume of a system and the use of sealants, and a stack for fuel cells, more particularly, a stack for solid oxide fuel cells, including the same. Specifically, by adding a metal sheet having a specific shape, position and size to the separator, the stress applied to the sealant can be uniformized, and thus the oxidizing agent and fuel can be separated and electrically isolated using only a piece of sealant. Therefore, the stack for fuel cells is characterized in that there is no variation in temperature, reactant concentration, power, or the like between respective unit cells, so delamination and microcracks do not occur, the volume is minimized, and the power density per unit volume is very high.

  • Patent number: 8576041
Abstract: Radial fuses for protecting an electrical circuit include a nonconductive base provided with inverted flat faces sloped obliquely relative to one another that define a wider receiving area for installation of a fuse element. Restricted freedom of movement of the fuse element is accomplished, and greater fuse reliability is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20130126436
Abstract: A stirring apparatus and a method of separating magnetic beads from a sample including the magnetic beads are provided. The stirring apparatus includes at least one rotational body having a hollow formed therein; a driving unit which moves upward and downward and rotates the at least one rotational body; a cap which is combined with the rotational body, extends in a vertical direction, and has an internal space connected to the hollow of the rotational body; and a magnetic force application unit which moves upward and downward to be inserted into or taken out of the internal space of the cap via the hollow of the rotational body.

  • Publication number: 20120313008
Abstract: A fluorescence detector for detecting fluorescence emitted from at least one sample contained in at least one sample unit, the fluorescence detector including at least one irradiating module which irradiates an excitation light to the sample; a fluorescence selecting unit which selectively transmits fluorescence emitted from the sample; a light-receiving unit which detects the fluorescence; and a telecentric lens positioned between the fluorescence selecting unit and the light-receiving unit, wherein each of the at least one irradiating module comprises: at least one light source which emits a light; an excitation light selecting unit which converts the light emitted from the at least one light source into the excitation light; and a beamsplitter which controls the excitation light to travel to the sample, and transmits the fluorescence emitted from the sample.
