    Abstract: There is provided a cooperative driving control method based on a vehicle security status. The cooperative driving method according to an embodiment includes: identifying a security status of a cooperative driving target vehicle; determining a cooperative driving strategy according to the identified security status; and controlling driving according to the determined cooperative driving strategy. Accordingly, cooperative driving may be performed or excluded based on a security status of a target vehicle, so that an accident may be prevented from being caused by cooperative driving with a problematic vehicle, and safety of a driver and an occupant may be guaranteed.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of preparing a ternary oxide semiconductor compound, including the steps of: dissolving an inorganic salt source including Sn and an inorganic salt source including at least one selected from the alkali earth metal group consisting of Ba, Sr and Ca in a mixed solvent of water and hydrogen peroxide to form a mixed solution; precipitating the mixed solution by changing the PH thereof to obtain a precipitate and then aging the precipitate; and drying and then annealing the aged precipitate to prepare MSnO3 powder (here, M includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Ba, Sr and Ca). The method is advantageous in that a nanosized ternary oxide semiconductor compound having a uniform particle size distribution can be prepared.

The LCD apparatus includes a backlight unit. The backlight unit includes n of light-generating units sequentially generating the lights in the fields. An initial light-generating time of an nth light-generating unit being delayed by a predetermined time gap relative to the (n?1)th light-generating unit so that each of the fields includes a first period, in which one of the lights is generated, and a second period, in which at least two of the lights are generated. The light-generating units generate a peak light having a peak intensity in the first period. Thus, the intensity of light or the time period for which the light is generated, is controlled so that color mixing is minimized and color purity is improved.
