Abstract: A grain oriented electrical steel sheet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a grain oriented electrical steel sheet base material and a metal oxide layer present on both sides of the grain oriented electrical steel sheet base material. A maximum Al fraction in the metal oxide layer is 0.15 to 1.0 wt %, and a ratio (DWL/DWS) of an average magnetic domain width (DWL) of a side with a large average magnetic domain width to an average magnetic domain width (DWS) of a side with a small average magnetic domain width of one side and the other side of the electrical steel sheet base material is 1.2 to 1.8.

Abstract: A grain oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrical steel sheet base comprising 2.0 to 7.0 weight % of Si and 0.01 to 0.07 weight % of Sb, and the remainder being Fe and other unavoidable impurities; a fine-grained interfacial layer positioned in a direction toward the inside of the electrical steel sheet base from the surface of the electrical steel sheet base; a base coating layer positioned on the fine-grained interfacial layer; and an insulating coating layer positioned on the base coating layer. Abstract: A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: manufacturing a hot rolled sheet by hot rolling a slab comprising, by wt %, 2.5-4.0% of Si, 0.03-0.09% of C, 0.015-0.040% of Al, 0.04-0.15% of Mn, 0.01% or less of S (excluding 0%) and 0.002-0.012% of N, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; cold rolling the hot rolled sheet to manufacture a cold rolled sheet; performing primary recrystallization annealing on the cold rolled sheet; and performing secondary recrystallization annealing on the cold rolled sheet for which the primary recrystallization annealing has been completed.
